Joyce has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry at both early stage start-ups and large enterprises. She began her career in software engineering and research at IBM where she co-authored a patent in compiler optimization technology. Remaining strong technically, she has held executive / founder roles and is currently COO at Augmenta Inc.

She is passionate about technology and enjoys mentoring new entrepreneurs and women in STEM fields.
