In brief, Kai is a:
speaker, trainer and facilitator with over 15 years international business experience;
who has:
spoken in more than 20 countries, on three continents;
and is the successful:
author of The Leaders Workbook (2010), an Amazon Bestselling Book, and of The Cloud Security Rules (2011);
founder and owner of The Roer Group, a European management consulting group.
Kai focus on strategic leadership, where information security is increasingly important for organizations. He is the opposite of boring, using wit and deep insights to share is passion to create better environments for learning, leadership and innovation.
Arranging the Roer Conference on Sustainable Leadership, Kai is on the forefront of innovation for a sustainable world, a knowledge and passion he gladly shares with anyone interested.
