Biography

Dr. Kevin Nourse is an executive coach with over 20 years of experience developing resilient change leaders. He is on the faculty of the Fielding Graduate University Evidence Based Coaching Program and the founder of Nourse Leadership Strategies, a consulting firm based in Southern California. He previously worked as a software developer, CPA, financial analyst, training manager, and human resources director prior to starting his professional practice in 2001. He was previously employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting.

Some of Dr. Nourse's former and current clients include Abbott Pharmaceuticals, Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, AstraZeneca, Capital Impact Partners, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Cisco Systems, Eli Lilly, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, NASDAQ, National Cancer Institute, Prudential Securities, Securities and Exchange Commission, and T. Rowe Price.

Dr. Nourse earned his PhD in human and organizational systems from Fielding Graduate University in 2009. He was formerly on the faculty of the Georgetown University Executive Coaching Certificate program and is a professional certified coach (PCC). He recently published a book entitled Shift Into Thrive: Six Powerful Strategies for Women to Thrive at Work.
