Biography
Dr. Kim Walker is Associate Faculty for Fielding's Organization Development & Leadership Program. In her full time role, she serves as Chief of People, Culture, and Strategy at Tahirih Justice Center, a nonprofit serving immigrants fleeing gender-based violence. She works to align Tahirih’s values with its policies and practices; manages the development and implementation of organizational strategy; and ensures principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded in all aspects of Tahirih’s work. In addition to her work at Tahirih and Fielding, Kim serves as an adjunct professor at several other universities in the areas of organizational development, leadership, management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
