Biography
As an adjunct faculty member at Fielding Graduate University, Dr. Mary Jean Vignone has designed, developed and delivered a blended learning program for nonprofit leaders. Dr. Vignone brings hands-on experience in organizational development from partnering with executives at Santa Barbara Bank & Trust and Union Bank to create effectiveness initiatives to address business objectives and regulatory requirements. She managed a team of learning professionals to deliver technological system conversions through classroom-based, virtual training labs, video tutorials, webinars and job aids. As Director of Residential Lending Learning Solutions at Union Bank, she works to align training and organizational development strategies with business objectives and strategies. Dr. Vignone is a Fellow in the Institute of Social Innovation at Fielding Graduate University.
