Biography
Professor Michael Merrigan (J.D.) has served as Vice President and General Counsel for St. John's Health System and Mercy Health for more than 20 years.
Prior to moving to Springfield, he was the in-house attorney for St. Luke's Regional Health Center in Sioux City, Iowa. He's an expert on a variety of issues related to healthcare, including the Affordable Care Act.
