Biography

Terry serves as divisional president, recruitment process outsourcing for ADP.

He began his career in 1984 as an executive recruiter. Following his entrepreneurial spirit in 1990, he founded Selective Staffing, Inc., an innovator in recruitment process outsourcing. By 1998, Selective Staffing grew to 250 employees and was acquired by Aon Consulting to bolster its own outsourcing group. From 1998 – 2003, Terry served as senior vice president in Aon’s Employment Outsourcing Group and played a deciding role in the first major outsourcing deal with ATT, helping Aon significantly build its market share in the human resource outsourcing industry.

The RightThing was founded in 2003 to solely focus on recruitment process outsourcing and establish a standard that would listen, explore and address the individual needs of each client. Since its inception, The RightThing has experienced exponential year-on-year growth in both revenue and employees and was recognized as a Leading Enterprise RPO Provider by the Everest Research Institute in 2011 and 2012. In October 2011, The RightThing was acquired by ADP®

In 2010, Terry was honored by Ernst and Young as Entrepreneur of the Year. Named an “HRO Superstar” by HRO Today magazine for four consecutive years, Terry and the company are regularly featured in industry publications and conferences.
