Biography
Tom is the Vice President of Real Estate and Institutional Sales for Fundrise. Tom is based out of San Francisco and leads all company efforts in California. Prior to joining Fundrise, Tom was a partner at the California investment bank Stone & Youngberg and then a managing director at Stifel Nicolaus after a sale of Stone & Youngberg to Stifel in 2011. Over his 29 year career Tom has structured more than 500 municipal bond issuances representing more than $6 billion in financings. Tom received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
