Over the past decade we’ve seen a massive shift in the way organizations are promoting their experts. With up to 70% of the buyer journey now being done digitally, experts and influencers are seen as critical to helping drive market visibility and customer connections.
Experts are everywhere in most organizations. But online they are surprisingly hard to find. Magical things start to happen when you publish well organized, biographical, social and multimedia content for these people. That’s why we’re helping our customers make their experts more visible in their online newsrooms, speakers bureaus, faculty pages and company intranets. Experts enhance the conversation with key audiences such as media, customers and partners. They want faster search experiences and more relevant and engaging content. In short, they want better ways to connect with organizations.
