Biography

Carolyn Goerner is Aldi, Inc. Distinguished I-Core Clinical Professor in Kelley's Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at IU-Bloomington. Since joining the faculty in 2000, she has specialized in teaching live and online courses in Negotiation, Leadership, Diversity/Inclusion, and Human Resource Management. Her research on gender and generational differences at work has been published in leading journals.
