Doug Dierking's work focuses on the measurement, change, and management of organizational cultures, as well as the development of sustainable leadership and negotiation practices.

He teaches BBA, MBA, and Executive Education courses on topics related to negotiation, leadership, organizational behavior, and management and staff development.

He has recently addressed such topics as workplace psychology during downturns and managing across generations.
