Biography
Kim Moore has extensive skills and knowledge in mental health nursing having worked in both Australian and UK health settings. She has a wide range of experience having worked in nursing roles that include ward manager, service manager, Clinical Nurse Specialist and as a Nurse Consultant for ‘dual diagnosis’ services in London and south east England before commencing her role at BCU.
Kim is passionate about working within substance use and misuse settings, actively promoting service user experience and multi-agency collaboration. Kim’s work incorporates multimedia resources as a media champion, Kim has regular publications on the BCU media pages and she was one of the first nurses in the UK to develop and maintain a number of Pinterest boards on nursing charting NHS news for nurses.
