Biography
La Trice Washington is associate professor of Political Science at Otterbein University. She is the author of Political Scandals: The Consequences of Temporary Gratification and The Veteran's Millennium Health Care Act of 1999: A Case Study of Role Orientations of Legislators, the President, and Interest Groups. Her research interests include veteran’s affairs, public policy formulation, political scandals, and state and national-level political campaigns. Washington received her bachelor's degree from St. Augustine’s College; master's degree in constitutional law and state and local government from University of Virginia; and doctorate degree in American government and public administration from Howard University.
