Biography
Lori is an integrated marketer with over 20 years of experience in CRM and brand building. A proven leader in developing strategic marketing plans, delivering business results and mentoring teams. Prior to joining CAA in 2013, she worked at several marketing agencies and companies creating campaigns for Canadian Tire, Aeroplan, State Farm, BMO, Esso, Scotibank International, UNICEF and Disney. At CAA she leads the acquisition, retention and engagement of over 2 Million Members. Her team also delivers marketing initiatives for CAA’s Automotive offerings and Government & Community Relations (GCR) initiatives.
