Biography

Rasmus Goksor is Founder & CEO at Sekond, a Boston-based fintech company working on accelerating liquidity for the democratized alternatives marketplace. Sekond services fund sponsors, RIAs, Wirehouses with independent and data-driven intelligence for semi-liquid evergreen funds.

Prior to Sekond, Rasmus founded multiple companies, including Cobalt Software (fka Bison) that helped bring analytics and data to institutional investors in the private markets. The company was sold to Hamilton Lane and Factset.

Mr. Goksor has previous experience as a corporate and securities attorney at Gunderson Dettmer LLP. His practice focused on the representation of private and public emerging growth companies as well as top-tier venture capital funds.

Mr. Goksor earned a Doctor of Juridical Science from Duke Law School, has held Visiting Researcher positions at Harvard Law School and Boston University School of Law. He holds an LL.M. degree from Boston University School of Law and an LL.B. and LL.M. from Gothenburg University School of Law and Economics.
