An accounting professional fueled by the entrepreneurial spirit, Ryan Minor joined Freelandt Caldwell Reilly LLP as a Senior Manager after nearly a decade of sole practitioner experience. Known for his dedication to a client centric service model; Ryan recognizes a client’s need for a strong advisory relationship and delivers on the expectations of that need.
Committed to playing an integral role in the decision making processes of owner managed businesses, Ryan believes that the foundational element of any client/advisor relationship is trust. It is his dedication to this belief that sets him apart from other professionals.
Ryan has refined his practice to focus on tax planning for private mid-market enterprises. Expertise includes personal and corporate tax, estate planning, corporate reorganizations, succession planning and cross border tax advisory. Ryan has delivered numerous seminars on tax issues and has taught tax and accounting at both university and college. Ryan was awarded the “40 Under 40” award by Northern Ontario Business, and the “Young Professional of the Year” award by the Young Professionals Association (YPA).
