Biography

Stan Smith is an educator and researcher at USC. Mr. Smith teaches courses in research methodology and substance abuse. He worked as administrative consultant for the Los Angeles Health Outreach Project where he designed and supervised the Transition Partners case management system created as a pilot under a AIDS Navigator Grant. Mr. Smith also worked as an investigator with MART Team where he conducted investigations of families with children and with a nexus to high-profile criminal activity including: sex trafficking, ritual torture/abuse, clandestine drug manufacturing, organize crime and arms trafficking.
