Stephanie Carper is an expert in pathophysiology and private pediatric primary-care.


STEPHANIE CARPER is a part-time faculty member in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program, currently teaching as a pathophysiology section leader. A pediatric nurse practitioner certified in primary care through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board, she currently works in a private pediatric primary-care practice in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.

Carper graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S. in nursing in 2011 and worked as a registered nurse for a medical-surgical unit at Connecticut Children's Medical Center for three years. In 2013 she entered the University of Pennsylvania to pursue a master’s in nursing. She completed the Pediatric Primary-Care Nurse Practitioner Program in August 2016 and was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau, the international nursing honor society.
