Biography
Alan is the Director of US Tax Advisory Services at Welch LLP.
He has more than 25 years of public accounting experience has been focused on providing US and Cross-Border tax services to corporations, partnerships, and individuals. Alan formerly worked at a large accounting firm in Indianapolis, Indiana and Ottawa, Ontario. Alan is both a CPA and a lawyer.
Alan has provided advice and services to many local companies at various stages of their development cycle. He serves additional small and large enterprises in the defense, real estate, technology, and manufacturing sectors. In addition, he has completed many due diligence assignments related to merger and acquisition transactions and has assisted clients in commencing operations in the US and other foreign jurisdictions.
