The Sudbury Star online
2012-09-18
Laura Degraw is glad Cambrian staff and students are getting educated on sexual assault. “I think this campaign is a really great idea. I am a student here, I am living in residence, and they've had this campaign all across residence,” said the third-year college student, who is also vice-president of the student government. “I am living with female roommates, and they say it's a really good idea.” On Tuesday, the Silence Isn't Consent campaign was launched at the school with the goal of raising awareness about and preventing assaults.
