I am an inspirational speaker specializing in motivation and leadership. My keynote lectures derive from personal experiences. Resiliency and perseverance helped me survive an abusive father, illiteracy, gangs and 14 years in prison.

In prison I quickly rose to the top of the largest gang before deciding to take charge of my life and use my natural talents to create something positive. I am committed to helping people realize their full potential. I help those in need find a pathway to wholeness and productivity whether it's working with the juvenile justice system, supporting someone trying to overcome substance abuse, coaching an executive who has lost motivation or working with a star athlete whose attitude is limiting him/her, I provide the right approach to deliver results that last.

Drawing from my own successful experience with reentering free society, I have the unique ability to empathize with, motivate, and challenge those seeking to transition from prisoner and addict to productive member of society. My experience as a life coach comes through my private practice. It builds on my work with various non-profit organizations, schools, treatment centers and prisons, where I have designed programs to address the needs of people in transition. Despite enormous odds I have worked hard to become a respected consultant/ trainer for government agencies, faith, risk populations, public and private sector school departments. My message is simple regardless of the obstacles success is possible once you learn to believe in yourself!
