I help good organisations and communities to win. I am interested in how organisations thrive through richer relationships with people and community - what I call 'Beautiful Business.' Making business human - and fit for human beings - is one of the great narratives of our current times and something we must do more of. In my work as an entrepreneur and consultant I help great organisations and people thrive in this way - with more insight, meaning and value. I am a partner at an international consultancy for change and I have projects in Spain and London geared to exploring better ways of living and working.
