Biography
Andria Barrett, CNP is a graduate of the Institute of Holistic Nutrition Certified as a Nutritionist, a Living on Live Food Instructor certified by Alissa Cohen and a Culinary Nutrition Expert certified from the Meghan Telpner Cooking Academy.
Andria believes in “real health care through nutrition”. She is devoted to helping her clients live healthier and happier lives by educating them on proper nutrition. Her motto – Food should be delicious and nutritious!
A volunteer with the Canadian Diabetes Association and corporate speaker, this former Toronto Argonaut Cheerleader & Fitness Instructor has over 5 years experience in the Health & Wellness industry.
She believes that there is a direct correlation between what we eat and the way we look, feel and behave.
On a more personal note, Andria is passionate about educating on the dangers of genetically modified foods, is an advocate of raw foods and promotes using natural skincare.
Andria is a member of the Toronto Vegetarian Association and Canadian Society for Orthomolecular Medicine.
