He’s been doing it for over 20 years, has written two books and has presented to thousands of business leaders, decision makers and their people at conferences, seminars, team building events and workshops in the UK and around the world.

It was all about exploring ways to differentiate themselves by creating ‘Dramatically and Demonstrably Different’ customer experiences!
