Biography
Andy Kay has worked within the event, sport and media industry for over 20 years and is at the top of his profession in live sport and event presentation, having been appointed as the Sports Presentation Director at the Olympic Stadium for the London 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympics. He has covered a wide range of roles which have taken him from Atlanta to Valencia and from Beijing to Melbourne.
Andy uses his worldwide live sport experience in his roles as an MC and event compere. Recent jobs have included hosting the Aviva Athletics Awards and the European Athletics Awards.

Event Presentation consultant to European Athletics and Event & Broadcast consultant to UKA. Sport Presentation Director for London 2012. Announcer at the IAAF World Championships in Deagu, South Korea and the European Rowing Championships in Bulgaria. Stadium announcer at the Manchester and Melbourne Commonwealth Games, the Asian Games and Arab Games in Doha plus the World Indoor Championships in Birmingham and Valencia. Commentator at the Beijing Olympics for TV New Zealand.
