Biography
Anna Lepeley, PhD holds a doctorate in Exercise Biochemistry/Sports Nutrition research. She has a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, specializing in strength and conditioning. Anna is a certified Sports Nutritionist (with the International Society of Sports Nutrition [ISSN]) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (with the National Strength and Conditioning Association [NSCA]).
Anna provides educational seminars on an array on health topics (i.e. exercise, nutrition, dietary supplements, aging populations, hydration, special populations, women's health, men's health, libido) and caters to the audience to ensure they are being entertained while learning.
Anna has hosted/co-hosted talk-radio shows for over four years, discussing and interpreting the latest in health science news (i.e. nutrition, exercise, general health, dietary supplements) with an entertaining twist to keep listeners coming back for more!
Anna has years of experience. In grad school she started pursuing her passion for conference speaking and working for food/beverage/supplement companies. In addition, Anna has consulted with a variety of of clientele (i.e. law enforcement, professional athlete, adolescent, elder) to enhance their exercise, nutrition and dietary supplement regimen according to their goals.
