Anne Arendt, Ed.D

Anne Arendt is an associate dean in the Smith College of Engineering and Technology at Utah Valley University (UVU), located in Orem, Utah. She is also a full professor in Technology Management and has served as the Faculty Senate President. She has been at UVU for over 20 years and has 10 years of experience in higher education before that. Some of her roles have included Web Resource Director, Senior Web consultant for database integration as well as for information systems curriculum development. Producer, Director of Web and Application Development, and has worked as a consultant for database integration as well as for information systems curriculum development. Arendt is a Higher Education Academy Principal Fellow via Advance Higher Education. She has a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Utah State University, a Master of Business Administration in Information Systems from University of Minnesota Twin Cities, a Master of Science in Educational Change and Technology Innovation from Walden University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
