All organisations are changing; most try to change without any strategy or plan, and find themselves over-reacting and failing. The Management of Change explains how organisations can proactively change. From the senior manager to the junior staff, all have a vital part to play in making the changes. This talk was adapted from my book - Building Pyramids from the Top. The book chronicles my work with a company in UK, that literally went from market entry to global market leader in five years.
