I love solving business problems collaboratively with clients & business associates to achieve real results. Solving revenue or staffing issues for a profit or a non-profit – the focus is always on the end goal.
My other passion is teaching & coaching focused on sales & leadership. I started a training business as I love the front of the room & having clients implement feasible solutions. The aha moment with clients is always awesome.
Clients drive the engagements and what I bring to the table is a blank note pad, a pen & an ability to listen, question & probe to uncover the real issues. I am thrilled when a client tells me that the solution we had created & implemented jointly is generating the outcomes they were looking for.
