Avinash Kumar Arvind

Avinash failed twice in Eighth standard in English & Mathematics & was depressed. He looked it as a break from studies. Against all odds he left studies & immersed himself into extensive reading (philosophy, esoteric sciences, Sufism, meditation techniques, psychology, religious books like Geeta, Kuran Majid, Tao Teh King, Khaleel Zibran’s ‘The Prophet', Bible, Management Books, self help books, great biographies/autobiographies etc)

He traveled throughout India in search of solace, visited many religious/philosophical places, met many religious gurus & experimented with different theologies, meditation practices/techniques. He studied esoteric sciences & practiced their essence, experimented with meditation techniques. He invested seven years of his life in it. Guided by the habit of reading books & people at a young age he developed an overall understanding of the complex web woven around us called life. He finally settled & cleared his graduation from IGNOU with Phonetics & Linguistics in the year 1998.

Avinash sucked at sales positions for more than seven years. As you can see he has struggled in the industry before finding his grove and succeeded. Avinash has worked as Trainer cum Manager in Blessings Training institute for 5 years, Sales & HR Supervisor in Laxmi Engineering(NBC, Birla’s outsourced firm) for 5 years, a stint with major Indian bank like ICICI as a sales manager, sales manager Pink City Honda Motors selling Honda Cars.
An unfortunate ligament injury in left knee prompted him to leave Corporate. He invested 8 more years as trainer with prestigious organizations like BBC English Edge, Blessings Institute & as an HOD & Senior Trainer, Advisory Board Member in ACA Edutech Limited; adding some prestigious professional Training Institutes registered under the Act of the parliament like ICSI, ICAI & CMA as a Visiting faculty.
Academic/HR/Sales positions in diverse company cultures for 15 years offered him a chance to study the intricacies of human behavior in people thereby reaping a rich harvest of wisdom and insightful experiences.
An inner calling to reach out, train & coach individuals and organizations to realize their true potential; to add richness and value to their lives became the defining moment in his life. Ever since, Avinash has taken rapid strides and brought a whiff of freshness, intensity and honesty to the field of Motivational Speaking, Coaching and Corporate training from CEO to Lower level Management.
