Biography

I am an Assistant Professor (Public Budgeting, Finance, and Administration) in the Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University. I came to the Levin College after earning my PhD in Public Administration in 2009 from the University of Georgia and a career in public service. Prior to my appointment at the Levin College of Urban Affairs, I worked as a budget analyst for the Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County (Athens, Georgia). I also previously worked in a Washington, DC based public health consulting firm (Futures Group International) to assist foreign governments, multilateral organizations, and NGOs in the development and implementation of HIV/AIDS and reproductive health programs.
