Beth Hynes serves as an instructor in management within the College of Business Administration at Loyola Marymount University. Prior to joining the faculty, Professor Hynes enjoyed a successful tenure as a global entrepreneur at a Fortune 500 firm. During her career in business, she led global business divisions in strategy, business affairs, and legal operations. Hynes also practiced law as an intellectual property and entertainment advisor at large global law firms in Boston and New York City. Currently, she serves as a business and legal consultant to a variety of corporate clients.

A cum laude graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, Professor Hynes also holds a law degree from Northwestern University where she served as an editor on the Northwestern University Law Review, and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. A passion for educating the next generation of ethical business leaders led her to a teaching career at LMU where she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the classroom. With a unique blend of achievement in academics, business, and law, Professor Hynes is committed to igniting her students’ interest in pursuing business focused on the triple bottom line. Beyond her professional pursuits, Beth is the proud mom of two Lions and resides in Manhattan Beach with her husband, Kevin, alongside their cherished canine companions, Cinder Ella and Domino.
