Biography
Bill Erb is a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and the Senior Director of Student Health Services at Utah Valley University, where he leads a multidisciplinary team committed to supporting the physical and emotional well-being of students. With over 25 years of experience in clinical care and organizational leadership, Bill brings a rare blend of strategic thinking, trauma-informed insight, and grounded compassion to his role.
Throughout his career, he has focused on building inclusive, high-functioning health systems that prioritize student needs while navigating institutional complexity with integrity and clarity. His leadership style is rooted in authenticity, collaboration, and a deep understanding of human behavior, shaped by years of therapeutic work and a lifelong dedication to personal and professional growth.
