Biography
As the founder and CEO of Reputation Lighthouse, Bonnie has guided organizational leadership through various stages of their business journey, from launch to exit. Her consultancy has partnered with over 50 organizations, assisting with growth lifecycle stages such as funding preparation, value elevation for planned exits, brand and value creation around divestitures, seamless culture and brand integrations during mergers, brand value and reputational risk assessments for acquisition targets, market expansion (both international and U.S. markets), and the establishment of long-term sustainability. Bonnie excels in managing transactional changes and preparing organizations for dynamic shifts necessary for survival in evolving business environments. Her expertise also extends to crisis and reputational risk mitigation.
Currently, she is focused on guiding organizations through the complexities of implementing ethical and responsible AI. Bonnie's unique ability to understand business environments, listen to stakeholders, and provide actionable counsel helps organizations sustain value and build robust corporate reputations.
