Biography

Bonnie Caver is a leading global voice for ethical and responsible artificial intelligence implementation. She provides strategic advisory services to CEOs and leadership teams of mid-market B2B companies in brand management, reputation, communication, mergers & acquisitions, change management, and responsible AI implementation. She helps organizations create, accelerate, and protect corporate value, particularly during periods of transformation and disruption. With 20 years of consulting leadership experience, she focuses on maximizing organizational growth and value while mitigating the risks that impede growth and erode value.

As the founder and CEO of Reputation Lighthouse, Bonnie has guided organizational leadership through various stages of their business journey, from launch to exit. Her consultancy has partnered with over 50 organizations, assisting with growth lifecycle stages such as funding preparation, value elevation for planned exits, brand and value creation around divestitures, seamless culture and brand integrations during mergers, brand value and reputational risk assessments for acquisition targets, market expansion (both international and U.S. markets), and the establishment of long-term sustainability. Bonnie excels in managing transactional changes and preparing organizations for dynamic shifts necessary for survival in evolving business environments. Her expertise also extends to crisis and reputational risk mitigation.

Currently, she is focused on guiding organizations through the complexities of implementing ethical and responsible AI. Bonnie's unique ability to understand business environments, listen to stakeholders, and provide actionable counsel helps organizations sustain value and build robust corporate reputations. Just as the CFO focuses on creating tangible value for an organization, Reputation Lighthouse is a partner focused on the intangibles to create value that is a difficult-to-replicate differentiator.

Preparing Your Brand for Sale

Brand and reputation can account for as much as 50 to 75 percent of a company’s market value. In doing so, companies make themselves more marketable for the sale as well as have the opportunity to increase negotiation leverage and garner a higher price.

Is Your Brand Insulated?

Whether you are running a campaign, gaining support for a major initiative, looking for funding, or managing an established company, your reputation with stakeholders can make for smooth sailing or an uphill battle. In this session, we’ll learn about what you can do every day to improve your reputation and make the reputation you have positively impact the bottle line. We’ll also look at how to insulate your reputation so that you survive the daily hurdles of business and come out even better on the other side of crisis.

The 6 Cs of Branding for HR Professionals

Branding is becoming part of the HR vernacular. Whether you are creating an internal brand for your employees, elevating your brand within an organization, or taking on the brand of your company through recruiting and corporate social responsibility/community relations initiatives, HR has inherited a seat at the corporate branding table.

In this session, attendees will learn how their role in an organization is essential to creating a living brand and driving reputation for the company. We will explore the concepts around branding beyond marketing, learning how branding is actually a leadership function that is building trust currency for all stakeholders of a company both internal and external. We'll dive into six key focus areas including culture, communication, community, crosswalk, compliance, and crisis.

The session will be a combination of principles and case studies created to provide takeaways that can be implemented immediately within an organization.

Where is your organization on its generative artificial intelligence (AI) implementation journey?

When visiting with CEOs, AI experts, and change leaders, I hear the entire gamut. Some organizations are allowing certain departments to explore openly, and others, in more restricted, regulated industries, have said no to any generative AI tool in the workplace.
