Brad Tuttle

Brad provides over 30 years of hands on practical experience in mechanical systems service, construction, start-up and commissioning in addition to building automation control systems, and energy management systems. Brad has worked on projects in a variety of building construction sectors including; Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, Education, Government and Healthcare facilities. He specializes in the engineering and commissioning of mechanical systems, retrofit applications and building management control systems projects. Brad has also worked with national clients in the development of control system design standards and commissioning technical design standards. His knowledge and experience with mechanical system applications and direct digital controls system design, programming, start-up, and commissioning of new construction and retrofit projects provides him with the unique skills to effectively support these highly technical systems. Brad’s project responsibilities have included quality assurance, project planning and execution, the allocation, monitoring and control of engineering resources and oversight of project budget and schedule requirements. Mr. Tuttle has had monetary bottom line responsibility for the control system divisions at four major mechanical contractors as well as developing and maintaining the technical quality control and client satisfaction.
