Biography
A successful Virginia lawyer with many years of experience in practice, Bradford Jacob currently serves as the president of EPC Consulting, LLC, in Richmond, Virginia and Houston, Texas. In this capacity, he works closely with a diverse array of owners and contractors helping them develop effective engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) solutions for large construction projects in the energy and civil sectors. In addition to advising and counseling clients on major commercial negotiations, Bradford Jacob provides top-quality contract and claims management support for various commercial undertakings.
Before taking up his current responsibilities, Mr. Jacob spent several years as an attorney and director of contracts with ethanol design-builder Delta-T Corporation and power supplier ALSTOM Power Inc., where he served as the primary commercial negotiator for over $10 billion in commercial contracts as well as managing the commercial execution of over $5 billion in contracts.
