Biography
Brian Cahill is an associate instructional professor at the University of Florida with expertise in how social and cognitive psychology interact to influence memory and decision-making, particularly in a legal context. He has published empirical papers investigating eyewitness decision-making, juror decision-making, the ability to detect deception in fake news tasks, the measurement of various psychopathologies (particularly in prison inmates), and routinely serves as an expert witness in criminal cases regarding eyewitness issues.
