Biography
Brittany Knick MS, RDN, LDN, CNSC, is a Registered Dietitian and Diabetes Educator at ChristianaCare. In this role, Knick is responsible for providing nutrition education covering a variety of health conditions. As part of her education sessions, Knick routinely incorporates the use of healthy recipes taking into account the individuals’ cooking skills and food security/access. Additionally, she evaluates blood glucose levels to develop individualized care plans for patients with diabetes utilizing diabetes technology, including insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors.
