Biography
Author, speaker and credentialed business advisor, Bruce works intimately with business owners, corporations and their teams to accelerate their transition to higher performance organizations. Prior to the creation of Lighthouse 360, he charted the course of several successful businesses in executive operating roles. As Chief Marketing Officer, he led Kraft Canada’s $1.5 billion of retail brands to sustained double-digit growth and Marketer of the Year. As General Manager, Bruce tripled the margin and doubled profitability of an under-performing $400 million business. He has also led acquisitions, divestitures and business integrations worth over $2 billion and held key strategy roles within these organizations.

Bruce has just completed his second book, "The Success Cage" which is focused on helping business owners free themselves from the day-to-day management of their businesses, a necessary action to drive accelerated growth and value. This follows his first book, "Fog Lights", a comprehensive review of best business practices. This former book was published in 2008 and achieved best seller status.
