Myers Brigs ENFP!
ENFPs are at the forefront of change, they have a keen eye for opportunities and with their enthusiasm they stimulate other people. They are most in their element in the initial phase of a project or building relationships.
ENFPs may well judge what other people need and give them the necessary assistance and provide valuation. They prefer that all aspects of their lives to be filled with enthusiasm, joy, liveliness and fun. They do best in variable situations where the plans always change and where they can deploy their creativity and charisma.

How do we make sure that your message is getting across and you are getting people aboard? How can we communicate differently to different people and what do people need to hear? I have been blessed with the chance to travel around the world to give this training and it is amazing to see how different cultures and organizations have benefited from our mutual quest for effective communication.
