Biography
Carlo executes Patch of Land’s vision of bridging the gap between traditional investing and the new world of crowdfunding.
For over 20 years, Carlo has operated, developed, and invested in real estate, both domestically and overseas, dealing in over $200M in transactions to date. For the past 5 years, he has lent to real estate operators through the hard money marketplace. Carlo has also helped build multiple online retail businesses. At Tabcom.com, which generates $80M in revenue annually, he was a co-founder, held multiple positions and is currently a board member. Additionally, he co-founded and is currently chairman of Perks.com, a worldwide incentives program provider to major corporations. Additionally, Carlo has actively invested in technology companies for over 15 years.
With over 20 years of cross-sectoral, cross-functional leadership experience, Carlo aims to harness his wealth of experience to help guide and build the future of Patch of Land. Carlo holds a BS in Real Estate & Finance from the University of Southern California, and studied law at Loyola Law School.
