13 years of experience in acquisition and integration strategy & planning for organisations across multiple sectors and sizes. Leads client and external teams in the development and use of specialist methods, services and training to help accelerate M&A benefits while minimising cost, risk and disruption to the ongoing business. Supported clients' acquisition and integration including Xstrata, GSK, E.On, Tata-Corus, Alliance Boots, Colgate Palmolive, Wolseley and multiple mid-market organisations.
