Biography

With 15 years in HR, Carrie has firmly established herself as a strategic recruiting leader with a proven ability to leverage HR & Staffing Strategy with business results.

While leading the employment brand initiatives, interactive recruitment marketing & digital media strategy for AT&T, Carrie has been instrumental in launching the enterprise wide integration of social & mobile recruiting & breaking many of the traditional boundaries of HR and Recruiting. Additionally, Carrie has taught at the adjunct & professional development levels in Business Management & Human Resource disciplines & is a popular "in the trenches" speaker at many of the national industry conferences to include being a top-ranked, repeat speaker for SHRM.

Carrie serves on the Board of Directors for DirectEmployers Organization, is a founding Board Member for AT&T's newest Employee Resource Group for generations, oxyGEN & serves on a steering committee for the HR Policy Association. She holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management, an MBA with an emphasis in HR and received her Senior Professional in Human Resource designation in 2007.

Carrie is very involved in her local community & spearheaded a major local tornado relief center in 2010 to provide everything from household items & furniture to local families impacted. She has also organized local fundraising events that center around her passions for sports.
