Biography
Cathy has been an Occupational Therapist (OT) for over 30 years. She has extensive experience as an OT and as a manager in topics specific to acute care and acute rehabilitation, including recovery from neurological and neurosurgical conditions/injuries, orthopedic conditions, vision impairments (low vision or visual perception) and aging related changes in activity and cognition. As an OT, Cathy has partnered with local agencies and groups related to Trauma, Adults with Physical Disabilities, Dementia, Brain Injury, Muscular Dystrophy, Arthritis and Visual Impairments.
In her administrative roles, Cathy has over 25 years of experience related to running high performing teams, aligning organizational missions and expectations with operational challenges, and pathways to developing a strong management team.
