Charles D. Calhoun is a professor of Health and Fitness at Westchester Community College. He is a lifelong nutrition, health and fitness advocate and participant. For 40 years he was a teacher of Health and Science in New York.
Now 66, he still works out daily running and swimming on alternate days.
Since most health deterioration today results from lifestyle decisions, he is very well suited to present ideas that are simple to understand and can have powerful health promoting results. On the other hand his suggestions will help prevent many of our most serious health problems (cardiovascular diseases, obesity, hypertension, some cancers, diabetes and others ).
