 With over 22 years of enriching experience in the field of information technology, Chinar has played a leadership role at various well-known multinationals in the capacity of CIO. Chinar has spearheaded many complex and innovative IT initiatives with direct business impact. By influencing technology and business teams, Chinar has been very successful in effecting change management at an organizational level.
 Chinar brings with him a deep experience in variety of latest technologies such as RFID, mobile computing, cloud computing and social collaboration. Chinar has successfully implemented variety of large-scale ERP solutions and has effectively developed high-profile relationships with top IT companies including but not limited to SAP, IBM, HP, Microsoft, Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Fujitsu and the likes, at the global platform.
 As a Director and a CEO, Chinar currently runs a global delivery center and a commercial IT services business of a US-based technology company, Criti. Under his stewardship, company has grown 100% year-on-year for the last 3 years having serviced customers in US, Europe and India. Chinar’s vision has lead Criti to develop 3 intellectual properties in the field of retail, healthcare and identity management.

Currently his unit supports multiple international customers. Chinar has been instrumental in building a strong collaboration with high profile management and technology institutes in order to attract and retain niche talent.

Under Chinar's leadership, his company has built innovative products in Retail, Healthcare & Biometrics verticals. The retail industry product "Spectrum" is already running across 4 countries in Europe. Spectrum has been successfully launched in the US at NRF 2011 as well as at IRF in India.

Largest SAP Implementation for Large Multi-format Reatiler (professional)

Successfully lead the implementation of SAP for Reatil in Future Group. Implemented and roll out SAP for over 20 formats across 500+ stores, 10+ warehouses, spanning 90+ cities. Lead the team of 450+ professionals to influence the company-wide adoption of SAP to be used by over 3000 users.
