In nearly 50 years, I progressed from working with 'things' through working with 'systems' and 'information to working with ideas and people. The highs and lows, triumphs and failures have all enriched me, and have allowed me deep insights into management skills up and down the organisation and in my own small businesses. I speak to motivational, engagement and culture change agendas from a unique and thought provoking perspective, or alternatively from a more conventional point of view to align to strategic HR objectives. My style is personable and interactive, with the confidence of having so much personal and management experience to draw on in support of the task in hand.....
