Biography
I started out over two decades ago with employee training and moved into coaching and operations consulting. I have a strong background in the restaurant industry. My editing career is shorter, but quickly taking off. With three books and many publications under my belt, it is becoming more of a career instead of a hobby.
My marketing experience also started with the restaurant industry. I have branched out into book and educational services marketing. I place a strong distinction on front office and back office marketing, or gaining new customers and marketing to repeat customers. The methods are different, the returns, are different, and the ROI's are different.
I am currently working as a coach for people with learning disabilities. My background made this a perfect fit with my skill set.
