Biography

Ciler Yildiz is a self employed business consultant with 26 years of strong track record of performance in General Management, Finance, Marketing, Sales (Customer Business Development), Trade Marketing and Human Resources in leading global companies.
She worked in Trader Media East as Deputy CEO and Vice President Marketing, Sales & Human Resources between 2007-2010. TME is a leading Classified Advertising company operating in C&EE countries. She was responsible for setting the direction and management of all Sales & Marketing operations, including market competitiveness, pricing, compensation, distribution and channel strategy and category management for print and online publications. She was also responsible for all HR related matters.

Prior to this, she worked 21 years for Procter & Gamble, leading global consumer goods company. She has started her career in Finance and assumed several responsibilities at different levels. She worked as Sales Marketing Manager and also as National Accounts Sales Manager Turkey. She led European sales project located in Vienna and moved to Human Resources as the Regional HR Associate Director for the Sales function in Western Europe, Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. She is experienced in leading multifunctional and complex organizations, in multicultural environment. She has cross-functional & cross-country experience both in developed and developing countries.
