Having worked for over 20 years within professional services companies, Clare has experienced all aspects of marketing and business development. She has a particular passion for translating and using new technologies to help existing work practices.
She is at the cutting edge of using social media within professional service organisations to enhance customer experience and is an ambassador of inbound marketing techniques.
Clare advises companies on business strategy and how that translates into marketing strategy, plans and actions. She is an advocate of integrated marketing campaigns that are fully measurable and deliver real ROI.
Clare is also fully conversant with outsourcing. Her company was one of the first in the UK to provide fully outsourced marketing departments for professional service based organisations. This has led to a number of other outsourced contracts within the services industry, but also in the field of medical devices.
